Dr. Sandra Baez-Curcio

Dr. Sandra Báez-Curcio serves as the Behavioral Health Director at Frontera’s Fredericksburg clinic. She earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the Pontifical Catholic University of Ponce in 2009 and brings more than 15 years of experience in behavioral health. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Dr. Báez-Curcio is passionate about advocating for underserved communities and specializes in working with adults who are navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Her approach combines trauma-informed care, person-centered therapy, and motivational interviewing to create a safe, empowering environment for clients. Outside of work, she enjoys high-intensity cardio, Pilates, traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family.
