Bailiegh Williams

I’m Baileigh Williams, a Family Nurse Practitioner at the Fredericksburg clinic. I was born and raised right here in Fredericksburg, so it’s a true privilege to care for the community that means so much to me.

I began my nursing career in the neonatal intensive care unit after earning my BSN from Texas Tech University Health Science Center in 2013. In 2021, I completed my Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington and have been practicing as an FNP ever since.

I have a special interest in pediatrics and love working with children and their families to support their health and well-being. I focus on providing strong patient education and working together with my patients to create care plans that lead to the best outcomes.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy needlepoint, reading, kayaking, traveling, and spending time with my husband, Bruce, and our two children, Ryann and Truett.
